More Questions

Yay people are actually asking questions!!!  So now I don't have to think of things to write here!!!  Just kidding, I can usually think of something to ramble about.

These questions are from Mosstail-Jaywing.


1)  I was just wondering, is Lily based off yourself? I know I love writing about what would happen if I met the Doctor.

Hmm.  I would like to say no to that.  I've made an effort to make Lily different from myself, however bits of me are definitely in her and some of her personality is how I wish I could be.  There are certain aspects that are very me:  Buffy, vampires in general, working at an electronics store (that was my first job out of college), the sarcasm (though she is way worse than I am), and a few other things I can't really think of.  But, at the same time, I would NEVER be as brave as her.  I would probably just fall to pieces and the Doctor would shun me, especially when she was dealing with the Master.  Would I like to be Lily?  I'm not sure.  She's facing some tough challenges and I don't think I could handle it like she does.  Plus, I'm real, so I have real problems that would come in to play (I could never run as much as she does.  I'm a lazy American.  'Nuff said.  Also, I would probably faint from lack to food intake.  And, seriously, what would happen when it's that time of the month?  I don't even want to contemplate it.).



2)  Also, do you think after this story, you will write about more with Lily? I enjoy her sharp tongue. ;)

I honestly have no idea at this point.  Right now I'm just trying to get through this story.  When I finish it, it will be the first story I have every finished.  I would like to go to something original next, but we will see. Like I said in a previous post, I might do some one shots or something like that, but I do not have plans for a sequel at this point.  Plus, honestly, sequels are rarely as good as the first and I'm not writing this with a sequel in mind, so I think anything more would be forced.

Music time!  I'm going for something a bit more popular tonight.  I'm listening to some John Mayer.  I love him.  His music is great.  I don't care what anyone says about him, I love him and that's all that matters to me.

EDIT:  I'm not writing tonight.  I'm too worn out from work and my stupid Avon order not coming in, though it was apparently delivered.  I just need to relax and not think.  But this is who I was listening to while I wrote this post.
