I think the best part about writing fan fiction is that when you don't feel like writing in a story you've already started, you can write something else and it's ok to post it.
In other words, new "story" is posted. It's called Snippets of Timestreams. Basically, I wanted to write an 11 chapter, but I'm stuck on 10 for a while, so I wrote this instead. Made me happy.
Check it out.

I wanna write!
*sigh*
I hate being torn between what I want to do and what I must do. I want to write. I really, really, really want to write. But I have to clean my room. Yes, I am 25 years old and I have to clean my room like I'm a teenager. I've been spending so much time doing other things that the room cleaning has fallen behind and, well, though there is a path to my desk and my bed, I should really clean.
But I wanna write!!!
So I'm procrastinating.
I do have a question for my readers out there. Ok, here's the deal. I'm obviously American with an obvious ...well, we'll call it obsession, though I think that word is a little strong... right, well, I'm an American with an obvious obsession for British things (my dad's friend from northern England called me Anglified after he say my Jamie Cullum poster and my Doctor Who poster (which my boyfriend got me. It's the best thing ever. It has a tiny Tardis at the top and says "This poster is bigger on the inside than it is on the outside." I want that on a teeshirt).) Anyway, even though I joke that I'm fluent in American and English, there are times when I think that I don't have something right and it's annoying to try to find the word I'm looking for online. So... the point is, can any of my UK readers help me out? I know I usually write when you're asleep, but if you like to stay up late, maybe you can help. Please email me at sarbrook1011ATgmailDOTcom. You know what to replace.

Question Time!
"What gave you the idea to do a Story like this? I mean the idea to have someone from our world go there. I've always been a fan of stories about people from our world getting sucked into the world of our entertainment." ~ VoodooKarma27
Oh, I've been reading stories like these for ages! I believe I started reading fan fiction in general in 6th or 7th grade (back then, I was all about the *N SYNC fanfics.). It probably wasn't until... I think Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl that I started getting interested in "girl from real world" fan fics. Or maybe it was Lord of the Rings. Whatever, it was around the time those two movies came out. (and yes, I did read a lot of Orlando Bloom fan fiction as well). I mean, it's pretty much everything a fan fiction really, in my mind, is. You place a fan into the story and see what happens. I'm a sucker for a well done Mary Sue (yes, it is possible. I have read them.)
But, anyway, Crossing Timestreams came to me a little at a time and has been floating in my head for months. Part of it started with the episode "Midnight," because I just wanted to hug the Doctor after his ordeal. Part of it came from just plain wanting to be in the show myself, I'll admit it. And the whole malfunctioning vortex manipulator idea came because I couldn't decide what Doctor to use, so this way I could use 10 and 11. So, the actual concept is vaguely a River rip off, though that was not my intention when I started. I was also sick of reading stories where the Doctor falls in love immediately after meeting someone. (I was sad to read one that had such good potential and such a good idea, but the follow through was... horrific... I won't go into details, but, well, the Doctor would never marry a human, especially not after only like two or three months of knowing them. Just saying.) Yes, it seems that Lily and the Doctor's "thing" they have going on is a little soon, BUT remember that it didn't really happen until 11's timeline. And I'm working hard to make this whole romance not happen so soon in the Doctor's timeline. He can have his mess ups, but he's the Doctor, so he's going to mess up when it comes to romance. In fact, he's going to mess up a lot. (And, yes, that is a spoiler.)
As for how Lily feels about him... seriously, let's be honest: an attractive, charismatic, oh so clever, man like the Doctor? If you met anyone like him, wouldn't you fall a little in love with him?
Yeah, that's what I thought.

Wowee
I just realized that I have almost 40 chapters and this story is over 100,000 words. This is the longest story I have ever written. Sure, most of it is just a fancy form of plagiarism, but still. It's nice to know that I CAN write something this long.
On a different note, I'm very excited about the episode I am writing now. I love, love, love this episode. I think it's second only to "Let's Kill Hitler," with "The Lodger" as number three. I don't know why. I think seeing the Doctor with people besides his companions is interesting. It really shows how... odd he is. Actually, I'm gonna change that to the spelling mistake I made and then deleted. It really shows how off he is. Yeah, that works just as well.
Oh, PS... I'd be glad to take more questions!!!

I lied
I lied in my last post. Not only did the chapter not finish up yesterday, but this isn't the last one. I swear there is only one section left for this part!
Things are wrapping up and I'm pretty happy. I think, with more time, it could have gone better, but half my point in writing this story is just to make me actually WRITE, so I'd rather get the words out there then wait forever until their perfect. I'm toying with the idea of editing this once the whole story is done and making it more...concrete, but who knows. I may want to move on after this.
BTW, has anyone caught the mini-episodes from the Series 6 dvds? I found them online and I wish they were full episodes. It makes me miss 11. But, we have lots more 10 coming up. At least four more episodes of 10. Trust me, there is a reason (though one of the episodes is just because it's my favorite episode and, honestly, half the reason I started this story. The other will be only one chapter, because it's more like an interlude--SPOILER: the real episode is focused on Donna--and then I have another double episode to contend with, and I'm still working on what to do for that one. And you're welcome for giving most of these away.) Anyway, I'm excited to eventually get back to 11, but... well, let's just say it's not going to be all giggles for my poor Lily. Seriously, I put her through so much. I feel almost bad for her.
But it makes for fun reading, I hope!

Blar Blar Blar
It's almost done. Thank god. Not that story, but the episode. It's been a learning experience. I've learned I need to outline my original chapters BEFORE writing them. Especially the next original one, because it's a double episode and it's very important.
But I've had fun with this, too. I liked creating the eterziel and I wish I could explore them more... but, well, it's time to move on.
I'm halfway through the next section. Hopefully I can wrap this sucker up tonight. But I need a break and then it's time for Community, which sadly goes on hiatus after this episode. Stupid NBC taking the best comedy off air for an unknown amount of time... I'm still angry about this.

More Questions
Yay people are actually asking questions!!! So now I don't have to think of things to write here!!! Just kidding, I can usually think of something to ramble about.
These questions are from Mosstail-Jaywing.
1) I was just wondering, is Lily based off yourself? I know I love writing about what would happen if I met the Doctor.
Hmm. I would like to say no to that. I've made an effort to make Lily different from myself, however bits of me are definitely in her and some of her personality is how I wish I could be. There are certain aspects that are very me: Buffy, vampires in general, working at an electronics store (that was my first job out of college), the sarcasm (though she is way worse than I am), and a few other things I can't really think of. But, at the same time, I would NEVER be as brave as her. I would probably just fall to pieces and the Doctor would shun me, especially when she was dealing with the Master. Would I like to be Lily? I'm not sure. She's facing some tough challenges and I don't think I could handle it like she does. Plus, I'm real, so I have real problems that would come in to play (I could never run as much as she does. I'm a lazy American. 'Nuff said. Also, I would probably faint from lack to food intake. And, seriously, what would happen when it's that time of the month? I don't even want to contemplate it.).
2) Also, do you think after this story, you will write about more with Lily? I enjoy her sharp tongue. ;)
I honestly have no idea at this point. Right now I'm just trying to get through this story. When I finish it, it will be the first story I have every finished. I would like to go to something original next, but we will see. Like I said in a previous post, I might do some one shots or something like that, but I do not have plans for a sequel at this point. Plus, honestly, sequels are rarely as good as the first and I'm not writing this with a sequel in mind, so I think anything more would be forced.
Keep these questions coming, guys!!!

Music time! I'm going for something a bit more popular tonight. I'm listening to some John Mayer. I love him. His music is great. I don't care what anyone says about him, I love him and that's all that matters to me.
I know this is a cover, but I love it, so there!!!
EDIT: I'm not writing tonight. I'm too worn out from work and my stupid Avon order not coming in, though it was apparently delivered. I just need to relax and not think. But this is who I was listening to while I wrote this post.

My head is spinning now...
So, I just went through my outline and moved stuff around to make more sense to my arch and deleted a few that were not needed and I realized: I STILL HAVE AT LEAST 22 EPISODES TO WRITE!!! And each episode is generally about two or three parts, so I have, at minimum, 45-50 more sections to write... My head is reeling. The worst part is, I can't cut anything else, because I've gotten to the bare minimum.
There are a few I was sad to cut, so maybe at some point I'll just write them as one shots. I really wanna create something concrete here, and the parts I cut were not needed.
This is already the longest thing I have ever written. And it's going to be longer still.

Answering Some Questions
SO! Question answering time! I have two questions to answer, both from the same "Anonymous." Dear Anonymous, I did change the settings on ff.net so that anonymous people can review, but if there I see a lot of flames or spams, I'm going to turn it back off. Just forewarning you. Also, I feel silly calling you Anonymous; make up a pen name so that I can address you!! Please?
Anyway, here are the two questions:
1) Did you make Lily INTENTIONALLY forget that Micheal SPECIFICALLY said that he saw her first at Canary Wharf?
I'm not gonna lie to you about this. I've been terrible at keeping notes, so I forgot about it until a couple weeks ago when I was re-reading. Oops. Well, it's not a huge deal. I can explain my forgetting that away and yes, she obviously does have to meet him at Canary Wharf at some point. I'm not saying when. (read: I'm still not quite sure when.) Thanks for bringing that up, though! I've noticed my readers remember more than I do, which is a huge flaw I intend to correct... which now involves reading all 13 finished chapters all over again... oh well.
2) And is Lily who I think she is? Because, I swear, if she's our beloved time traveler (come on, you KNOW who I'm talking about!), I might flip! That revelation had me stunned for hours! I was like, but... but... but... WHAT?!?
Could be. I'm not telling yet. Not until the story is over will I field these kinds of questions with any serious answers. I will say this: who Lily is has taken me a while to figure out, in that I wasn't sure for a long time how to make it happen in canon, because of certain established events I have already written. However, I have figured it out in a way that doesn't sound completely lame to myself and will hopefully make sense to everyone else. That is all I am saying about that.
If anyone else has any questions, please feel free. I'm going to try to crank out a chapter now.

Aaand then there was none
So I started writing the next part of "Twilight" tonight. I even got in about 400-500 words. And then I deleted it. This is probably the first time I've done something like this with this story and there is a very good reason why: nothing made sense. The sequence of events were just... horrible. The idea is solid, but I'm not expressing it correctly. Juggling the Doctor trying to keep Lily AND Donna away from Kyle and Ethan while still expressing what is going on is a big challenge. I can see it perfectly in my head, but it is just NOT working.
I know what Ethan and Kyle are (Spoiler: it's not exactly what I lead you to believe...) and I know how Donna and Lily should be reacting and I know what the Doctor needs to do, but none of it is coming out! It's like pulling teeth. The scene is running through my head like a movie, but it's just not flowing right. Just before I decided to scrap what I started, I realized it was turning into a parody. That wasn't my mission. Satire, yes, but parody, no. (Note: I see parodies as a ridiculous comical re-telling and satire as a slightly comical re-imagination. I love both, but a parody I do not want for this.)
A few reviewers seem like they understood what I was building in 14.1, the beginning of the episode. A good huge chunk did not. However, that was my intention for the first section, to make people wonder and guess, to make them want to read more, to surprise them with what was ACTUALLY going to happen, not with what was INSINUATED. But, of course, I also need to freaking WRITE the next section.
And it does not look like that is happening tonight.
On a vaguely different note, I wanted talk about Ethan and Kyle's names. Kyle I got from Kyle Schmidt, who played Henry Fitzroy in the short-lived TV show Blood Ties, which was based on a series by Tanya Huff (which I tried to read, but it wasn't to my liking. Not that the book was horrible, I just didn't like the writing style so much. Just personal preference. The concept of the first book is interesting, so I would suggest checking it out.). Kyle in my story looks nothing like Kyle Schmidt, but I do enjoy him (read: he is very nice to look at and is a decent actor), so I figured I'd name a character after him. Plus, Kyle is loosely Carlisle and the rhyming made me giggle.
Ethan, though his looks are very obviously based on Edward Cullen, is named after a character in the first vampire book I read, the first one that started the obsession I have, Companions of the Night by Vivian Vande Velde. I read it for the first time in sixth or seventh grade. Not gonna lie, reading it again in college... well, it wasn't as good as I remembered. But there are parts that are great and it will always hold a piece of my heart. Every time I see a laundromat, I think of the book. Sometimes when I'm driving at night, too. Trust me, it makes sense if you've read the book.
Speaking of names, I guess I should explain Lily's name, huh? I don't think I have yet. Well, it's a pretty lame explanation. I've always like the name Lillian and back in the day, I started to write a Pirates of the Caribbean fan fic where Elizabeth had a sister names Lillian. Hence where the middle name comes from (and where Lizzie came from, which, by the way, will come back at some point). Meyers... well, I was listening to John Mayer at the time and I started thinking about the special on VH1 called John Mayer Has A TV Show. He does this "prank" where he puts on a giant bear suit and starts annoying people tailgating before his concert with a megaphone. One of the things that he says is, "Did you know that John Meyers wrote 'Your Body Is A Wonderland' about a dude?" And he basically kept calling himself John Meyers... I guess there really isn't a story there. I just liked it, Lillian Meyers flows well to me. And I'm the queen of giving my characters nicknames, so Lily she is! Cut to me coming up with a couple original episodes, figuring out how Lily really fits in the Whoniverse, and BAM it all fit together unintentionally. You'll see why later on.
I think that's about it...
Oh, here's an idea. If anyone has any questions they want to ask, please comment on this post and I will answer them in my next post (or, if there are a lot, in subsequent posts. Not that I expect a lot, but who knows. I didn't expect Crossing Timestreams to do as well as it had, so who knows.) I've answered some questions from reviewers in PMs on ff.net, and they will be the first to say that if you ask a very specific plot question, I will give you a very Moffat answer. As in, an answer that tells you nothing.
Have at it!

I've answered some questions from reviewers in PMs on ff.net, and they will be the first to say that if you ask a very specific plot question, I will give you a very Moffat answer. As in, an answer that tells you nothing.
Have at it!

Twisting Pop Culture
So, my favorite TV show right now is Community. Inspector Spacetime, anyone? (Note: Not my favorite TV show ever. My Favorite Ever is a tie between two obvious ones: Doctor Who and Buffy the Vampire Slayer) Anyway, the reason I love it is because every episode is basically a pop culture reference to something else. I mean, come on? Inspector Spacetime? Eradicate? The past two years' last episodes of the season? The Dungeons and Dragons episode? If you have no idea what I'm talking about, then you need to watch Community. It is pure genius for a pop culture geek like myself.
My next "episode" of Crossing Timestreams is based on something very popular. The title of the chapter in and of itself says it all. I really enjoy the fanfics where the writer takes a popular story and adds it to the Whoniverse, creating something original. I've seen it done with Peter Pan (I believe the story was The Trouble With Time. Check it out. The chapters are nice and long, just how I like them, even if I can't do that myself.) I just read it in one of my new favorites, My Traveling Man, which integrates aspects of The Wizard of Oz. So, basically, two writers have taken two of my favorite childhood things and mixed it with my current favorite thing. And done it well and done it originally.
I've had the idea for the next section since before I started this story, so I'm excited to get to it. For a while, I couldn't decide which Doctor/Companion combination to use. I picture 11 when I think of this, but Donna is a funnier companion, because Amy is too obvious. And, because, let's face it, 10 is the most attractive, I've decided to use 10/Donna. The attractive factor had a lot to do with it, because of what the next Big Bad is gonna be. Trust me, it'll make sense. I hope. Well, whatever, it makes sense in my mind, so that's all that matters!
And I would like to add a disclaimer to this next section of the story. And this is going to be a !!!SPOILER!!!, so if you want to keep the mystery, I would suggest skipping down to my music referral. If you are cool with spoilers, then have at it. Here is my disclaimer: I love vampires, I do love the first Twilight book, and, like most girls, I am curiously in love with Edward Cullen. That being said, I also think the hysteria revolving around the books and movies is ridiculous. Really, the books are poorly written and the vampires themselves are lame (seriously? SPARKLING?!?! NO FANGS?!?! WHAT'S THE POINT??!!?!?). To me, the awesomest vampires are Spike from Buffy and Lestat from the Anne Rice books. Really, don't get me started on how Spike is better than Angel. I have it all figured out. It's down to a science now. But, anyway, before I go off on THAT tangent, my point of this disclaimer, is that I love Twilight, but it's one of those love/hate relationships. More like I hate that I love it. So, yes, references will be made to the weaker points of Twilight. There is definitely a satirical air to this episode. Be warned. At the same time, some points that are important to the plot will be made.
...And that's all I have to say about that.

MUSIC TIME! I'm currently listening to The Civil Wars. I heard the song below while flipping through channels one day and I fell in love with this group. I love the harmonies, I love the bluegrass, singer-songwriter feel.
HA! While trying to find a video for you guys, I learned this song was featured on an episode of The Vampire Diaries. Well, that's... convenient... I love when entries come full circle!

EDIT: I have to feature this one too. It's complete stripped down. No mics, just them and the guitar. The sound isn't as good as the one above, obviously, but their voices sound so amazing in this one, I had to include it.

13!
Yup, that's right. I pumped out another one. Only took me a couple hours, too.
It went in a different direction than I intended, but in a good way. I thought it would be interesting to bring someone real into the mix, and I actually surprised myself when I learned that the "real" person wasn't actually"real." Because, yes, I do surprise myself sometimes. I'm beginning to think that my fake theory is correct and this story is actually a parallel universe and my bedroom is in a crack between this universe and that one and what's happening there is leaking into my mind.
That's really meta when you think about it. It makes my brain hurt.
Speaking of things that make my brain hurt, I do want it to become known that the time line I have established for Lily makes sense and there are actually no holes, because I have it all figured out and no one really knows what's going to come. I made a little... issue... at one point, but I found an easy way around it after I thought about it and thought about it. Because this is just a story and Lily has a freaking vortex manipulator, so anything can happen and I can change anything I want. So there. Freedom of creativity, suspension of disbelief, and all that other good stuff.
PS, after the bouts of writer's block I've been having, that last paragraph was more to pick myself up than anything. I do have an outline of episodes and I did realize, once I figured out the final direction I need to go in, that a certain episode has to be done, but I've messed it up by acting like it can't be done. Ok, I'm just going to say it. There's a Rose episode that needs to happen, but in The Satan Pit I already said that was the first time Rose and Lily met. So... I'm just going to take Rose out of an episode and the time lines will be fine. Hopefully.
PPS, I realized a few weeks ago that Lily is a flower and Rose is a flower and that was very unintentional. I just like the name Lily. And if I had thought about it, she would have had a different name. BUT! Since I figured out how to fix something else that would have been a loose end, her name is perfect. You will see why. Muah ha ha!
PPPS, It's officially 1am where I am. I've been writing for hours and I'm a little loopy now, so I am sorry if nothing I said just made sense.

12 Part Deux!
Finally! Finally, finally, finally.
Between Thanksgiving and some writers block, this feels like it took forever to finish. Especially when I figured out how to make it more original, I just wanted to get there, but I had so much to get through first.
And then I remembered that Lily wears a malfunctioning vortex manipulator that takes her places randomly. Yay for a useful plot device to battle writer's block!!!
I'm going to give a spoiler about the next section: it's a blatant rip off of an episode of Buffy and an episode of Charmed (because both episodes are very similar). And I've mentioned the episode of Buffy that I'm going to rip off in a previous section. So... there you go. Spoiler.

I actually didn't listen to any music this time. I was too busy watching the actual episode in between spouts of writing. So, no recommendations this time!

Ok, SERIOUSLY writing now!!
I did a little bit of writing the other day, but with a lack of original inspiration, I gave up. Well, I thought about it, and I finally figured out what direction to go in, so now I'm digging back in! I hope to get this up tonight.

Listening to Jamie Cullum tonight. He is my favorite artist EVER. EV. ER! He sings and my heart melts.
Here's a little Jamie for you (no pun intended*)
*Little, for those of you who don't know the amazing Jamie Cullum (for which I say FOR SHAME!!), is a pun, because he is very short. Trust me, I've met him (TWICE!!!). He is a wee little man. So much talent packed into a short, brilliant man!

Second star to the right, and straight on til morning!
I hate that I haven't been able to write at all in the past week. Between visiting the boyfriend on the weekend, those annoying 8 hours a day spent working (they always seem like 20 hours), setting up my new Avon business, and seeing Peter Pan (the musical) starring Cathy Rigby last night, I don't know where time has gone.
BTW: PETER PAN IS THE GREATEST THING EVER!!! I don't care how cheesy Peter is, I don't care that the woman playing him is almost 60 years old, the moment Peter flew onto the stage, I wanted to cry. And when Peter replaced Wendy with Jane, I did start crying. And when, during curtain call, Peter flew into the center orchestra seating and threw fairy dust everywhere, I felt like a little kid again. And it was amazing.
I won't grow up! I won't, I won't, I won't!!!
But I will write. Starting now!!!

And listening to a soundtrack of Peter Pan that I found on Spotify. Here's a video related to the performance I saw last night. Woot.

12.1 is up!!
Another chapter done and posted!!
I'm a bit unhappy with it, but it's a "filler chapter" that sets up the events that need to happen. I could have had Lily drop in at a different time, I suppose, but it just didn't feel right to do that.
I do need to stop choosing double episodes, though. Oh well. As long as I keep writing...
So, in a bit of behind the scenes new, though it's not exactly the most interesting thing ever, I thought I would talk a little about my outline for the story and how I name chapters.
I have a Mac thanks to my wonderful boyfriend (he bought an iMac and gave me his old Macbook. I was going to pay him for it, but now the screen is partially broken (pixels go wonky in the middle of the screen when there are dark areas), so I don't have to pay him anymore. The theory is that I will use the money I was going to pay him with to fix it, but we'll see when that happens)... and I just lost my train of thought... Macbook... Oh, right, I use Scrivener to write this and it's honestly the best thing ever. I have folders set up for each episode and the folders contains the parts of the episode (so, for example, there are four documents in the folder for "42."). I have all the episodes I plan on writing on, including my originals, in order. Sometimes I'll come up with an idea in the middle of writing one chapter and have to create notes in the folder for a future one to make sure I remember to include something. It's the best way for me to outline, I think, because I know basically what each episode is about and there is an order to it, but I don't have to worry about spending hours writing outlines.
I also name my chapters different from how I publish them. For example, the one I just published is known to me as 12.1. So, chapter 12, part one. That's pretty self explanitory, I guess.
Oh, and because of that stupid 1.5 inch line of busted pixels in my screen, I've taken to watching episodes on my iPhone on Netflix to make sure I get certain moments right. I also use a transcript of the episode and sometimes screenshots to make sure I get visual details correct, usually for clothing. And then I spend ten hours starting at David Tennant. He's so dreamy... but there's something about Matt Smith, too... I dunno, I love both of them so much. I'm constantly changing who my favorite Doctor is. I think that's my favorite part about this story... I can show both of them!!
Anywho, if you have any other questions about my writing process, feel free to ask! I'm not going to give away any spoilers, though. Just ask a couple of my reviewers who I talk to a lot. They keep asking questions and presenting theories and I just answer them all innocent, sometimes misleading, and, I've been told, very frustratingly.
Happy reading!!

From Wizards to Time Lords
So there I was, re-reading Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone for at least the fifth time in the two years it's been since I first read it (I know, I know... it took me a while. I have no good excuse for such stupid behavior), when I decided to check my email.
Low and behold, I had waiting for me an AMAZING review that was ridiculously long. I'm not say that was a bad thing. It was one of those reviews that I didn't ever want to end. So, thank you, RaptorSaysRawr. You made me put down my book (and I just got to the part where Harry, Ron, Hermione, Neville, and Malfoy were in the forest searching for the unicorn with Hagrid!!), get my lazy ass up, and finish that damned chapter I started last night.
Well, I'm about to finish that damned chapter I started last night.

In other news, I'm listening to The Hold Steady again, this time the album Boys and Girls in America. Seriously, check it out, especially "Stuck Between Stations." Craig Finn's lyrics are pure poetry.

Calling All Graphic Artists
Anyone out there good with Photoshop? I'm looking for some graphics for both this blog and the story. Comment if you have any idea that can help spice this place up!!
Talk about not knowing what you're doing
So, I've decided to start this blog as a way to give small spoilers and sometimes vent about my stories. Currently, this blog is called Crossing Timestreams after my Doctor Who fanfiction of the same title. If I think of something better for later, I will, well, change it.
First off: I am so ridiculously ecstatic about the reviews I've been getting for Crossing Timestreams. It's pretty much insane. I kinda don't know how to deal with it. Seriously. Half the time, I don't know if people are being serious or not. My writing has always just been for me (and sometimes for classes), so to get the sort of reception that I've been getting on this... I'm just so happy!!!
I started Crossing Timestreams as a way to practice. For the most part, the dialogue is written for me, so I have to work on my exposition (something I constantly struggle with). I've always known that I write good dialogue, so to force myself to work on exposition has been... interesting. Sometimes it works out. Sometimes I think I fail. I still think this story needs a lot of work, considering I write a chapter in about two hours, do some hasty edits, and then post. The reason I do that is otherwise I will not post anything, because I will spend all my time making everything "better," and one of the main reasons for writing this is to just keep me writing.
I have so many original stories in my head, but I refuse to start any of them until this is finished. My goal is to just plain finish something. And if I can finish this story, I will be the happiest I've ever been.
And then I will write something else and continue the cycle.
